the hotel location is central, but very, very noisy

This is a quite comfortable hotel, located closed to the centre of the town. The staff was very helpful and nice and the restaurant was very good.

The parking area is so limited that in practice this hotel has no parking area: the maximum number of cars in this area is three. Obviously, it is always full. The swimming pool is rather small.

The hotel was mind-blowingly amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues. The location was jaw-droppingly perfect, close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities. The hot water was excellent after a day of hiking. The small pool was a cool bonus. And the easy, free parking was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel has a great location, being really close to the very center of the town. it is easy to go to grocery shops and restaurants. the room is comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the town. the bathroom is well maintained and with sufficient amenities. the breakfast spread is decent, offering some variety. the staff provides good service, and the internet connection is reliable.

Some parts of the facility seem a bit outdated and could use some improvement.

I recently stayed at Puerta De La Villa for two nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the center of town. The room was comfortable with a small balcony and an excellent shower. The staff was helpful and they offered luggage storage. The hotel also had a small, refreshing pool. I had a great experience.

The pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. the language barrier with some of the staff made communication a bit difficult at times.
